Instruments of Destruction - Demolishing with pleasure | Review
Build your machine
We build a vehicle of our choice, with an enormous variety of equipment, that is, we can choose weapons, specifics joints, wheels, and others. However, since not everything is rosy, there is a budget limit so it’s not possible to have the best cars assembled right from the start. There is also the possibility of using pre assembled vehicles, but this takes away some of the experience delivered by the game, I strongly recommend building, trying, making mistakes, and adjusting.

An easy progression
The proposed campaign is simplistic, similar to mobile games, you are going to play and unlock new maps and items, basically this is the encouragement to continue the gameplay, which I particularly think is weak and insufficient for the player to be eager to complete the entire “story”, despite that, it’s possible to easily go on, the missions are not so complicated, the only difficult thing is to stay interesting, and many times the delay that we find will be associated with the slowness of some actions.

You can get tired of it
Since there isn’t a well-produced story, we search for other elements to stay on Instruments of Destruction, like good graphics and the fun of the simple destruction, so I’ll give you a tip: search for ways of making your vehicle fast. That is because when I made my first machine it was extremely slow, which made all my actions even more slow and boring, the speed makes the game much smoother and more fluid.
And the controls are simple, easy, and not varied, so trying to improve this more technical part is essential since we don’t have so many commands, we just need to move and activate our weapons.

Amazing art
The space required for Instruments of Destruction is 373,24 MB, and for being light, we usually have low expectations when we think about the graphics, but this game is amazing in this part, with detailed graphics, well-polished art, and the possibility of playing at any computer. The art is a positive point of the game, the visual beauty leaves us more willing to destroy the constructions and see in detail all crumbling and turning into pieces of rocks.

Take the music away and listen to the destruction
Particularly since the music is placed in short and repetitive sounds, I got tired of them real quick, so in some moments I reduced the noise to pay better attention to the environment and effects sounds. They are not absurd but complement the experience of destruction very well in the sense of the player’s immersive experience on collapses and saws impact, and cannonball, and others in the buildings.
