Buddy Mission: Bond takes place at Mikagura Island, the paradise of world show business, which is under attack by a criminal organization called DISCARD. The people marked by them become violent. To investigate what is happening, the Bond team is formed (with Luke, Aaron, the ninja Mokuma and the scammer Chezley). During the game it will be possible to choose which pair to use to investigate. Each of them has their own skills, changing the form of inflation and investigation of the areas.
