XDefiant has details about new weapons and lobby functionalities revealed

Although still without a set release date, the game XDefiant is already generating expectations with its post-launch updates. In addition to the promised new classes and factions each season, it has been confirmed that each new season will also bring three new weapons.

Mark Rubin, executive producer of XDefiant, confirmed at X that all new weapons will be available for free through the battle pass. And for those who miss the opportunity to obtain them during a specific season, there will be special missions to unlock them later.

An exciting change was also announced: XDefiant will not have dissolution lobbies. Rubin explained that when selecting a game mode, players will remain in the same lobby with others who chose the same mode. This allows for quick and exciting rivalries, similar to the multiplayer experience of Call of Duty from years ago.

With updates scheduled for this week, fans eagerly await a release window or even an official release date, or perhaps another opportunity to participate in a beta. The future of XDefiant looks promising, with many more updates still to come.
