Players of these three games will have a series of festive updates for the year-end
Wargaming has announced the arrival of the last update of the year for World of Warships, World of Warships: Legends, and World of Warships Blitz, bringing various novelties, including some that capture the holiday spirit.
Players will have access to unique year-end events, a Christmas advent calendar, and various rewards across all three games.
World of Warships on PC
The PC game introduces the Christmas in Santa's City event, providing players with the opportunity to earn various year-end rewards. With post-progression and 20 stages, players will need to complete daily and weekly missions to receive rewards, including the German Premium Tier VII battleship, Scharnhorst '43.
The All or Nothing mode returns, featuring 100 new stages, offering rewards at specific milestones. Notably, the cruiser Kitakami, which was not released after beta tests in 2015, is among the items.
Between December 7 and 12, new players can redeem a bonus code available on the official World of Warships website. This code unlocks a festive item package such as the Bismarck battleship or a permanent camouflage for a Tier VIII ship. Meanwhile, Steam players will have free access to the package containing the Tier IV Yubari from December 7 to 13.
World of Warships: Legends
For World of Warships: Legends, players can earn rewards using the event's unique currency. Rewards include three ships and two majestic commander appearances. The holiday card collection allows players to receive even more rewards, including the exclusive French Premium Tier II destroyer, En. Gabolde W.
Additionally, players can redeem a free "Christmas Gift" package and an advent calendar lasting three weeks full of rewards, such as the "Winter King" appearance for commanders and new winter ships to be acquired, alongside four ships in early access.
World of Warships Blitz
Players of World of Warships Blitz will celebrate the year-end with a series of events, promotions, and a special advent calendar, running from December 1 to 24.
Every day, players can log in to unlock many rewards and take on Blitz Challenges if they want the coveted Santa and Elf keys, which can be used to unlock items like ships, camouflages, blueprints, and more.
It will also be possible to navigate through icy battlefields with the addition of Ice Islands, along with four new ships: Huron, Tromp, Daisen, and W. Virginia '41.
To learn more about all this and, of course, the changes in the update, which includes improvements, bug fixes, and balancing, check out the complete update notes.
