Where Winds Meet: RPG Wuxia announces closed beta test
Where Winds Meet, the highly anticipated open-world action/adventure RPG Wuxia announced by NetEase at Gamescom 2022, is gearing up to start its first Closed Beta Test (CBT) on April 19 for North American players.
Beralt Lyu, producer at Everstone Studio, expressed his excitement for the beginning of the beta test, emphasizing the importance of player feedback to optimize the game. Registration for the CBT is already available on the official website, with pre-download scheduled for April 15 and the test ending on April 22. There will be no NDA, allowing players to freely discuss and stream the content.
Where Winds Meet features a martial arts-based combat system (Wuxia), with movements inspired by kung fu and challenging physics-based abilities. Players can acquire skills in various ways, including shadow training and exploration of the open world. Additionally, they have the freedom to join different factions of Jianghu and learn martial arts from various schools, providing a rich and diverse gaming experience.
Set to be released in 2025, the game will be an epic and action-packed journey in the world of Wuxia martial arts.
