Tormenture: New horror game announced by the studio behind Blasphemous

A Rocket Ticket, Spanish talent incubator linked to the developer The Game Kitchen, known for titles like The Last Door and Blasphemous, revealed today Tormenture. This retro adventure and horror game is being developed by Croxel Studios and is scheduled for release soon on PC.

Tormenture is described as a disturbing and pixelated experience, inspired by horror classics. Players will face puzzles, explore surreal worlds, and escape ghosts to avoid getting trapped in the game. However, they must be vigilant, as some creatures may escape the game and lurk in the shadows.

In the plot, the player immerses themselves in a surreal environment after a strange experience with their game Limbo 2800, facing a series of puzzles that will test their intelligence and cunning. 

With retro gameplay inspired by classics, players will explore a vast maze, where each decision will influence the outcome of the story, providing three different endings and encouraging multiple playthroughs.
