The Quidditch game didn't take off? Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions records few players!

The game: Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions arrived on September 3rd, now focusing on Quidditch and bringing various microtransactions about the characters and references, not only from the franchise, but also from other games. One of them is so good that it refers to Hagrid from PlayStation 1, being the character's meme head that turned into a helmet to be used during matches.

Indeed, the game started with good reviews, being very well embraced by players and maybe it's even better on consoles.

However, the game recorded less than 6,600 people playing the game simultaneously, showing that the game is not becoming so popular.

I don't see this as bad feedback, but it could have come along with Hogwarts Legacy, a game where Quidditch games were one of the main requests from the wizarding community. Releasing a Quidditch game now, even at a lower price, may have been a bad idea.

However, the game still doesn't have the same price as Hogwarts Legacy, being a smaller game that still brings fun to the player.

We will see how this continues, as the game didn't stay at 6,000 players, since at times it recorded an average of 1,500 players.

We hope that the next updates are great and bring more content to the game, and that perhaps Warner rethinks and releases Quidditch along with a robust online mode, when Hogwarts Legacy 2 comes, as I mentioned yesterday!

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is already available on various platforms, so you can make the most of the wizarding sport!
