Tekken 8 has been updated to version 2.05 with a series of fixes and new features that respond to player feedback. The patch focuses on enhancing the gaming experience, both in terms of gameplay and online optimization.

The update includes a new win ratio feature against each character, allowing players to identify which characters cause the most difficulty and adjust their strategies. Additionally, the team made various adjustments and fixes to collision detection issues with various moves and corrected errors related to waiting in online matches.

Producer Katsuhiro Harada highlighted an unexpected correction in the update. He revealed that "adjustments have been made to correct an issue where identical chest parameters had been applied across certain characters," and that the modifications now "reflect the distinctive proportions of each character." Harada said that while the difference may seem subtle in GIFs, it is "much more pronounced when observed within the game's 3D environment, compared to the previous version." The team also adjusted Asuka's neck to create a more stable model and ensure it better matches customization options.

The 2.05 update of Tekken 8 demonstrates the team's commitment to keeping the game stable and balanced, as well as meticulous attention to unexpected details.

The update of Tekken 8 brings important gameplay improvements, but the more unusual visual corrections caught the community's attention. Do you think that paying attention to these details shows the level of commitment from the development team to the game?
