South of Midnight has release date and plot revealed!

One of the bets from Xbox, South of Midnight, showed up again, this time at Developer_Direct, which brought from Doom: The Dark Ages to Expedition 33.

South of Midnight is one of the promises for Xbox that should bring a great combat and a conceptual story within graphics with their own personality, which is pure art.

Along with more details about the story, we now know that the game will arrive on April 8th, and will also go straight to Gamepass!

This deep dive into South of Midnight focused on the world, combat, and story, which sees a hurricane tear through the Deep South where the main character Hazel and her mother live. The two get into an argument that ends in disaster, as their house is swept away with Hazel's mother still inside. As she sets out to find her mother, Hazel discovers that the hurricane has brought some fantastic creatures, friendly and unfriendly, to her corner of the world.

Our heroine discovers that she is a weaver, someone who possesses magical abilities. A gold star to anyone who guessed that they can be used for traversal and in combat. It is said that time is a critical component of battles, so you better make sure your reactions are on point. Speaking of time, Compulsion Games says that South of Midnight should take most players between 10 and 12 hours to finish.
