Sony launches update 10.01 to fix PlayStation 5 issues!
A few days ago, I talked about the bugs plaguing the PlayStation 5, I don't know if it was only in the US, or if it also happened in Brazil. However, update 10.0 ended up causing some games, like Final Fantasy XVI and others, to crash a lot, not to mention the graphic problems and some players who couldn't even play. The update will bring some interesting news. However, it did harm to the rest of the console, which led PlayStation 5 players to complain on social media!
After all this, you can finally download version 10.01 of the update, which fixed some things and should activate the new features from the previous update. Some things are not certain and Sony is still investigating, but in any case, always play smart, as you may still see a shadow following you.
Some of the new features along with the update that caused all the trouble (10.0):
- Adaptive charging for DualSense controllers on PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro; When the battery is fully charged, the USB-C slots are automatically turned off to save energy
- Remote Play can now be blocked and unblocked for individual accounts
- Party invites can now be shared via link
- Now you can restore game licenses individually instead of in bulk
- Storage management alerts with a message when SSD space is running out
- Popular game activities have been streamlined
This problem surely did not come at a good time, knowing that Sony is preparing to launch the PlayStation 5 Pro in November, so they are definitely working hard to arrive in November smoothly.
But as mentioned, there is already an update, 10.01, that you can download, if your console didn't download it when you turned it on, you can check in the settings if it's already available!
But tell me, did you also experience these bugs?
