Sonic X Shadow Generations will have DLC inspired by the movie, featuring Keanu Reeves' performance!

Yesterday we had some interesting announcements at the State of Play with Sony showing few exclusives, but bringing very cool partnerships, even though the event wasn't that great.

One of the most interesting was the partnership with Sega to bring Sonic to the event and show the DLC that will be coming for Sonic X Shadow Generations, which will be totally focused on Shadow and inspired by the movie Sonic: The Hedgehog 3 that is coming to theaters soon.

The DLC should show more about the character and what may have happened before. The game already has a range of content about Shadow, even having an animation coming out to show his origins, which are likely not different from the movie, which increases the hype even more.

The best part of all this is that we will see Keanu Reeves, who is already the voice of Shadow, also acting in the game, in this special DLC.

Sega also said that those who bought the deluxe version of the game will receive the updates without having to pay anything extra, not to mention that they will also have early access to the game for 3 days.

I can't say much, as I covered the Sonic Central 2024 before the State of Play event that happened at night, and I was already very hyped for what Sonic could show at the Playstation Studios event, and it only gave me more reasons to buy the game!

Sonic X Shadow Generations will be released for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC on October 22 of this year, and the Sonic movie arrives on December 25!
