Shao Kahn and Sindel Take the Stage in the Latest Mortal Kombat 1 Trailer

NetherRealm Studios is opening a new chapter with Mortal Kombat 1, while still embracing the iconic characters that have been the backbone of the franchise. The trailer released at Gamescom 2023 brings to light General Shao, a reimagining of Shao Kahn, and Sindel.
The franchise creator, Ed Boon, took the stage to reveal new footage, introducing the two new characters. In the showcased trailer, he transports us to the challenging realm of Outworld.
Motaro and Shujinko will make their entrance as Kameo Fighters. With these additions, the already extensive game roster comes even more alive. Iconic figures like Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Baraka, Geras, Havik, Johnny Cage, Kenshi, Kitana, Kung Lao, Li Mei, Liu Kang, Mileena, Raiden, Rain, Reptile, and Tanya are present.
The highly anticipated debut of Mortal Kombat 1 is scheduled for September 19th, spanning platforms such as PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. Those who pre-order special editions will have early access starting from September 14th.
