Remnant II will have a 60 FPS performance mode on PS5 and Xbox Series X

Remnant II is set to be released on July 25th, and the audience still has some questions. In response to this, David Adams, the president of Gunfire Games, the studio behind the game, took the time to answer some questions on social media.

One of the questions answered was about the presence of a 60 FPS mode on consoles, which was confirmed. According to him, Remnant II will have a 60 FPS performance mode on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, but apparently the Xbox Series S won't have this option.

He points out that this option may still experience some FPS drops, but overall, it's stable.

He also took the opportunity to answer other questions, such as the possibility of disabling motion blur in the game.

Ok. So far these are easy. 1) yes you can turn off motion blur 2) No. No swamp stuff. Sorry. 3) Yes. There is a 60fps performance mode on console XSX and PS5. It may dip occasionally but it’s overall pretty solid.

Remnant II is the sequel to Remnant: From the Ashes. Now, the survivors of humanity have to face new and deadly creatures, as well as bosses in terrifying worlds. Play alone or in cooperative mode with two other friends and explore the depths of the unknown to prevent evil from destroying reality itself. Players will have to rely on their skills and those of their team to overcome the toughest challenges and avoid the extinction of humanity.
