Expedition will last for five weeks

Hello Games continues to work on new features for No Man's Sky. Just days after releasing the game for Mac, the studio has unveiled a new expedition called Singularity.

The Singularity expedition comes with several updates, adding story content, new customization options, and more.

The expedition introduces story and challenges that make up the second chapter of a four-part narrative that will continue to unfold throughout the year.

Singularity begins with players in all systems on the same planet as they investigate strange robot heads that provide clues throughout the galaxy.

Explorers will start their journey at a harmonic camp nestled among the purple-toned mountains of Ahei XV. Singularity is a narrative-rich journey and forms the second chapter of the story introduced in Interceptor.

Players will be invited to uncover part of the story and origin of the harmonic camps in a mystery that addresses artificial intelligence, the will to exist, and the very nature of what it means to be alive.

Nada and Polo will be present to assist travelers in assembling a robotic construct and working towards a community goal that can shape the future of the universe.

After completing Singularity, or when the expedition comes to an end, it will be possible to convert your progress to a save file in Normal Mode.

The unique rewards for this expedition are logged in the Mercury Synthesis Companion of the Space Anomaly, and any rewards obtained can be redeemed across all saved games.

The Singularity expedition has already begun and will last for approximately five weeks.
