Metáfora: ReFantazio exceeds SEGA's sales expectations
Apparently, every year that goes by, our beloved SEGA is regaining its deserved space as one of the great gaming companies. This time, the good news came through a meeting with its investors, in which it was revealed that the games Sonic x Shadow: Generations and Metaphor: ReFantazio exceeded all sales expectations, causing the revenue forecast for the next year to be even higher.
Not only that, but Metaphor: ReFantazio continues to maintain a great pace of players, causing a good part of the revenue to be invested in more advertising for the Atlus studio.
It seems that the studio responsible for the Persona franchise will receive more support from the company, aiming to attract even more players who, in a way, were hesitant to play games with dense stories, in addition to the notorious and controversial turn-based combat.
But thanks to Metaphor: ReFantazio, this barrier is being broken, especially due to the renewal of JRPG, which is becoming increasingly friendly for beginners in the genre.
And you? Have you played Metaphor: ReFantazio?
