If you are a digital artist and dream of seeing your work recognized internationally, now is your chance to shine - and even earn a nice amount in the process. The Leartes Studios, a renowned artistic outsourcing company specialized in high-quality 2D/3D assets for games and virtual productions, has just launched the new edition of its highly anticipated creative contest: the Veiled Realms Art Challenge.

With a provocative and full of potential theme - "worlds lost in forgotten times", created by the artist Max Bedulenko - the challenge invites students and professionals to create immersive environments that combine creativity, technical mastery, and visual storytelling. And don't think it's just for those who do 3D modeling: the contest has four distinct categories:

  • 3D Environment
  • 3D Prop
  • Concept Art / Environment
  • Concept Art / Prop

All works will be judged separately in two categories: students and professionals, ensuring equity in evaluation and allowing new talents to have the same opportunity for recognition as industry veterans.

But what's at stake goes far beyond the symbolic trophy. The total prize of US$ 50,000 includes not only cash, but also cutting-edge hardware like the Dell Precision 3680 Tower, official software licenses like Adobe Substance 3D and Marvelous Designer, as well as premium subscriptions to educational platforms like The Gnomon Workshop and Cosmos.

Furthermore, participants with outstanding performance may be invited to collaborate with Leartes Studios on future projects and have their works featured in highly visible international art communities.

The rules are clear: projects must be created with licensed software and the assets used must be original or taken from the Cosmos library. The use of artificial intelligence is expressly prohibited, ensuring that the contest values human effort and the authenticity of the creative process. Evaluation will be done by a jury of industry experts, considering criteria such as originality of the concept, technical execution, and visual narrative.

Official schedule of the Veiled Realms Art Challenge:

  • April 15, 2025: Challenge begins
  • May 1, 2025: Deadline for registrations
  • November 1, 2025: Deadline for project submissions
  • December 15, 2025: Conclusion of jury evaluation
  • December 31, 2025: Official announcement of winners

Complete information, detailed rules, and registration form are available on the official Leartes Studios website.

For those who live off art or dream of a chance to enter the industry, the Veiled Realms Art Challenge is more than just a contest - it is a gateway to global recognition. So, hone your talent, organize your ideas, and get ready to bring forgotten worlds to life.
