Is this the new look of the Q Lite, PlayStation's new portable?

According to rumors and sources that exposed images of the project's sketch, there is a new PlayStation portable in development, called the Q Lite, which would work in conjunction with the PlayStaion 5 through the Remote Play feature.
In recently released drawings, the device has an 8-inch LCD touchscreen in the center and adaptive triggers for haptic feedback. The new console will require constant internet connectivity for streaming at up to 1080p and 60 fps.
The Q Lite would be in the quality control phase and is scheduled to be released before the PS5 Pro and after the PS5 with removable disk. Although it has not yet been officially announced by Sony, a Twitter profile published a digital art showing what the design of the company's possible new portable console might look like.
The imagined design is reminiscent of the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller, with the 8-inch LCD screen in the middle. The Q Lite will not be a console with its own library of titles, like the PSP and PS Vita, but a platform to play the PlayStation 5 remotely over the internet.
The device will run games with adaptive resolution at 1080p and 60 FPS, in addition to having volume buttons, speakers and an audio input jack. Is this the same model presented by Sony? We look forward to future news.
