Iconic Akira Yamaoka is responsible for the soundtrack of Silent Hill f

After the big announcement of Silent Hill f, by Konami, the big question that hovered over the fans of one of the best horror franchises of all time was: Who will be the composer of the game's soundtrack?

Thanks to all the pyramid heads, shadows, and other monsters of the series, the answer to the question could only be one, and it is the one you are thinking of: the legendary Akira Yamaoka is back to our joy.

He, the iconic composer of literally all the numbered games of the franchise returns for a new challenge, in search of bringing that aura that only he can produce, making each situation lived unique and haunting.

According to Yamaoka, his great inspiration for this new project is very focused on Japan, from the 60s, the time in which the game's story will address. But for him, it is not enough to bring the instruments, but to capture the sinister humidity and smell of that time.

Still without a confirmed release date, Silent Hill f arrives for Playstation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC.
