Hunt Showdown: receives big update 2.07 today

The Crytek released update 2.07 for Hunt: Showdown on June 24, adding new content and improvements to the game. This is the last content update before the big August patch, which will bring a new engine update and end support for last-gen consoles.

Main Additions and Improvements

• New Tool: Throwing Spear

Two-handed melee combat tool designed for precise throws.
Recoverable and reusable like Throwing Knives and Axes.
Standard quantity of 1, can carry up to 2 with Frontiersman.
Visible in Dark Sight with Blade Seer.
Unlocked at Bloodline Rank 33.
Cost: 65 hunt dollars.
Weapon and Ammunition Adjustments

• Springfield M1892 Krag and Variants:
  Increased damage from 124 to 126.
  Increased reserve ammo from 8 to 12.
• Fusee, Flare Pistol, and Starshell:
  Increased number of carryable Fusees from 3 to 5 (6 with Frontiersman).
  Increased lifespan of Flares for Flare Pistols and Starshell.
• Vitality, Stamina, Poison, and Regeneration Shot:
  Unified animation for all weak shots.
  Reduced injection animation time for weak shots.
  Animation speed adjustments for large shots.
• Melee Attachment Weapons:
  Reduced stamina consumption.
  Removed swing penalty for Bayonet and Riposte variants.
  Improvements in hit detection and attack queue.
  Reduced preparation time for Talon, Trauma, and Brawler variants.
  Flechette and Dumdum Ammo Adjustments
• Reduced distance bleeding intensity.
  Gameplay Changes
• Immolators:
  Reduced damage from Poison Ammo and Arrows.
  Immunity to Poison Clouds.
  Price Adjustments

Prices adjusted for white weapon variants (+10 hunt dollars).
