Homelander from "The Boys" Joins the Mortal Kombat 1 Roster
As part of the first "Kombat Pack" of Mortal Kombat 1, NetherRealm Studios is introducing a series of new DLC fighters, including Homelander from the popular Amazon Prime Video series, "The Boys".
The teaser trailer of Homelander offers a quick glimpse of the character, highlighting his iconic personality and some of his striking features, like his love for milk. The trailer also gives a peek at one of his fatalities, promising brutal moments during battles.
Despite the absence of Antony Starr's voice, the actor who plays Homelander in the series, the character promises to add a new dynamic to the game. Along with Homelander, the Kombat Pack includes other characters like Omni-Man from Invincible, Quan Chi, Peacemaker from Suicide Squad, and Ermac, with Takahashi Takeda also on the way.
The specific release date for Homelander has not been announced yet, but it is speculated to be around late May or June. Fans of Mortal Kombat 1 can expect more information soon.
