Haven Studios announces its first title, Fairgame$

Haven Studios' game was announced at PlayStation Showcase

Canadian studio Haven Studios kicked off Wednesday's PlayStation Showcase by announcing their game, Fairgame$, a cooperative multiplayer heist game.

The trailer features groups of criminals attempting to pull off intricate robberies, breaking into heavily fortified locations to "steal from the ultra-rich and level the playing field."

The cinematic trailer shows characters using different weapons and equipment to carry out the mission. Although we don't know much about the gameplay, the studio describes it as a "modern take on the heist genre."

Haven Studios is the new home of Jade Raymond, an executive who spent a long time at Ubisoft, including serving as an executive producer on the Assassin's Creed franchise. She has also worked at EA and Stadia Games and Entertainment. This will be the studio's first game.

Fairgame$ will be released for PlayStation 5 and PC, but it does not yet have a specific release date.
