GTA 6 suffers a slight leak with bicycle animations and open world details
New images of development of Grand Theft Auto 6 emerged online over the weekend, before being quickly removed. However, unlike harmful leaks in the past, this incident only revealed brief animation details, confirming expected aspects of the open world of Rockstar Games.
Leak hunters identified an animation video posted on Vimeo by a developer who worked on various games from Rockstar. The video, later removed, contained three short clips identified as GTA 6, showing animations on a test map.
The most significant clip shows a male character taking out and putting in a bicycle on a rental stand. The word "LomBike" is visible on the bicycle, suggesting a parody of real life LimeBike rental bicycles. This bicycle rental system had already been seen in an official screenshot of GTA 6 released by Rockstar earlier this year.
The other two equally short clips feature a female character, likely Lucia, getting out from the back of a pickup truck in various stages.
These animation snippets confirm the expected features and show that the player will be able to rent bicycles and get out of moving vehicles — nothing groundbreaking for the franchise. The content does not reveal any explosive news, but reinforces Rockstar's attention to animation details.
This real leak comes shortly after a viral leak of GTA 6 gameplay generated by AI, which the creator claimed to be part of a social experiment. The community remains eager for an official Trailer 3 from Rockstar.
