EA Sports FC 25 Announced with Release Date and New Game Mode
EA Sports has confirmed the release of FC 25 on September 27th, with early access available from September 20th for EA Play subscribers and Ultimate Edition buyers. The debut trailer revealed not only impressive gameplay scenes, but also the new Rush mode, a five-on-five game that will be integrated into Kick Off, Pro Clubs, and Ultimate Team modes.
Rush, a 4v4 mode where goalkeepers are controlled by AI, promises to renew the gaming experience. The rules include blue cards that penalize fouls with a 60-second suspension, dynamic penalties that allow dribbling, and the offside rule only applying in the final third of the field.
This new mode replaces Volta, present since FIFA 20, and is accompanied by the FC IQ tactical system, which offers more freedom in team configuration, including the introduction of Player Roles, increasing the depth of positions.
Additionally, one of the most anticipated updates by Ultimate Team veterans is the introduction of a duplicates stack, allowing better management of repeated items without the need to discard them.
These changes and improvements demonstrate EA Sports' commitment to delivering an innovative and engaging digital football experience for the new edition of FC 25.
