EA Sports FC 24: Ada Hegerberg removed due to bug

Electronic Arts announced this Tuesday (26) that they are investigating a rather peculiar bug in EA Sports FC 24, where Norwegian player Ada Hegerberg suddenly loses ball possession. Consequently, the striker with a rating of 89 can no longer be used in the Ultimate Team until the bug is resolved.
 

"We are investigating an issue impacting the Ada Hegerberg Player Item," reads a statement that appears when the Ultimate Team mode is started.

"During this time, players who have this Item in their active Squad will not be able to start a match until the Item is removed from the Squad.

"Players who have the Ada Hegerberg Player Item in Ultimate Draft will have their Drafts reset and will be provided with a Draft Token in the coming days."

It is still unknown when the issue will be resolved. Ada Hegerberg is in the Top 24 of players with the highest rating in the game, increasing demand for the player, particularly because it's possible to mix male and female players in the Ultimate Team.

Currently, the title is only available for those who purchased the Ultimate Edition, providing access to the game since the 22nd.

EA Sports FC 24 will be released on September 29 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
