Discounts from Days of Play 2025 leak with extensive list of games and more
The Days of Play 2025 event, the traditional annual discount campaign of PlayStation, has not yet been officially confirmed by the company, but a robust list with the probable titles and hardware on sale is already circulating - thanks to a leak published by the Insider Gaming portal. The forecast is that the campaign will start on May 28th, at the PlayStation Store in the USA, but without confirmation on prices and availability for other regions.
The list shows generous price cuts, especially on exclusive titles for PlayStation 5, many with over 50% off. Among the highlights:
The Nioh Collection - 71%
Sackboy: A Big Adventure - 67%
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection - 60%
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - 60%
God of War: Ragnarok - 57%
Ratchet & Clank: In Another Dimension - 57%
Demon's Souls, Gran Turismo 7, and The Last of Us Part I - 57%
Other more recent releases should also be part of the campaign with smaller discounts, such as Helldivers 2 (25%), Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (43%), and The Rise of Ronin (43%).
In parallel, the leak reveals a long list of accessories and hardware with reduced prices, including:
Digital and physical covers for PS5 with up to 27% off (models Cosmic Red, Nova Pink, Galactic Purple, among others);
DualSense controllers, with models like Fortnite Limited Edition (35%) and Starlight Blue (27%);
VR2 Console with 13% off, including the bundle with Horizon Call of the Mountain;
DualSense Edge (White and Midnight Black) - 15%;
Seagate and WD SSDs up to 8TB with variations from 3% to 13%;
Pro Console PS5 Controller - only 7% off;
Various items from the Shapes of Play line - 40% off.
The "Bundle Call of Duty" is listed with 0% off, suggesting that the official title reveal will occur during the event, possibly at full price at launch.
Although the list is extensive and contains relevant items, especially for those who are still setting up their setup or waiting for offers on exclusive games, there is no confirmation of which promotions will be available in Brazil. Sony Interactive Entertainment has not commented on the campaign so far.
In previous years, Days of Play brought different regional promotions, with PlayStation Plus packages and physical media games. In 2024, the event also featured digital gifts and special missions for users registered in PlayStation Stars.
With the expectation of a more restrained year in releases, actions like this become increasingly relevant to maintain community engagement. Let's see how PlayStation will treat its player base outside the USA when the campaign is officialized.
