Crash Bandicoot 4 Switch eShop File Size Revealed
After multiple reports and rumours, earlier this week, Activision finally made it official - announcing Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time for the Nintendo Switch. It's priced at $39.99 / £44.99 and will be arriving digitally and physically on 12th March.
For those of you planning on getting a digital copy, you might curious to know the file size. According to the official Nintendo game page listing, Crash's fourth outing will take up 9.4 GB of space. Note: It's down as 9.3 GB on the Switch eShop.
For the sake of comparison, Toys for Bob's original Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy took up 5.3 GB of space, while Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled was originally 9.3 GB in size.
If you opt for a digital copy, you'll also score the "Totally Tubular Skins" for Crash and Coco, which are available upon completion of the second level.
Speaking to Push Square earlier this week, Toys for Bob Creative Producer Lou Studdert revealed how Crash 4 would run on Switch, touching on the resolution and framerate.
"It's 720p when undocked, and 1080p when docked. Frame rate is 30."
