Colonel Sanders will not appear in Tekken 8!

Nowadays it has become quite normal for characters from other games to appear in different games, another thing that is also normal is the collaboration of games with real-life companies, who adopt this in a way that more can be sold.

We have the example of Modern Warfare 2 Reboot that had a campaign with Burger King, which gave the player a cup with the face of Ghost and a Skin of the restaurant parody inside the game: Burger Town.

Something similar happened in Funko Fusion with Colonel Sanders coming to the game through a promotion between the Fast-Food brand and the game 11/10 Games. This collaboration is very interesting, as it puts the late Colonel Sanders in a game, even in his Funko form.

Another game wanted to do this, in the case of Tekken 8, whose director has been trying this collaboration for years and talks about it several times. This time, I believe it won't even be done by Tekken 8, since the director Katsuhiro Harada said it depends on more people for that.

"I wanted Kentucky Fried Chicken's Colonel Sanders to fight. So I asked to use Colonel Sanders and [went] to the headquarters in Japan." Harada said in an interview with The Gamer, but the meeting was not so simple.

Unfortunately, we don't have much hope for new appearances of the Colonel, but for sure other characters could be appearing in Tekken 8, just like there is already a collaboration between Tekken and PUBG MOBILE that is already happening. It may not be the same thing, but you will still have fun with Tekken!

Tekken 8 is already available for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC!
