Bungie launches Destiny 2: The Final Shape ViDoc and partnership with SteelSeries

Bungie has released the first of two ViDocs detailing the development process of the upcoming expansion of Destiny 2:  Final Shape. Set to be released on June 4, the expansion promises to take players on an epic journey to the Pale Heart of the Traveler, facing the threat of the Witness alongside their closest allies.

The first ViDoc offers a detailed look at various aspects:

• Narrative Process: Insights from developers on creating the story and narrative evolution of the game.
• Fate of the Pale Heart: More information about the mysterious fate players will explore.
• New Faction - The Horrors: Introduction to the new enemy faction and how they integrate into gameplay.
   

The second ViDoc is scheduled to be released this Friday, May 24, providing even more details before the expansion's launch.

Partnership with SteelSeries
As part of an ongoing collaboration, Destiny 2 and SteelSeries have teamed up to release a new collection of limited edition gaming accessories. Inspired by the themes of Light and Darkness of Destiny 2:  Final Shape, the accessories include:

• Nova Booster Pack
• QcK Heavy XXL Mousepad
• Ghost Image Key
• KontrolFreek Performance Thumbsticks Analog Stick Covers
   

Buyers of the collection will also receive exclusive cosmetics for Destiny 2 in-game, such as the Viral Celebration gesture and the Ingenuity emblem.

To prepare for the arrival of The Final Shape, players can access the expansions Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and Witch Queen for free until June 3. Additionally, the Forsaken expansion is available to PlayStation Plus members.
The release of Destiny 2:  Final Shape will be on June 4, promising to bring new challenges and adventures for the Guardians.
