Bomb Rush Cyberfunk's Nintendo Switch Exclusivity Might Only Last One Week
Funky news for other platforms.
Last week's Indie World Presentation got off to a high-energy start with another look at the Jet Set-inspired release Bomb Rush Cyberfunk.
It was confirmed then and there that the game would be a 'timed console exclusive' - in other words, it won't be out on "other" platforms like Xbox or PlayStation at the same time as the Switch release. While there was no mention of how long this period would last, not long after the show - Team Reptile shared the following message on social media:

So how long exactly is a "little later"? In the description underneath the official trailer v2 on Team Reptile's YouTube channel, fans spotted the following line:
"Coming 2022 to Steam and Nintendo Switch. Other platforms follow about a week later."

So "a little later" or "about a week later" - however you look at it, it seems Bomb Rush Cyberfunk's Switch exclusivity might be short-lived when the game rolls out in 2022.
On a lighter note, Team Reptile recently showed off another screenshot of the game's lovely environment:
Is this a game you'll be checking out on release? What are your own thoughts about one-week timed exclusivity on Switch?
