In addition to the highly anticipated Assassin's Creed Codename Red, which will take us to feudal Japan, Ubisoft is preparing another title in the sequence: Assassin's Creed Codename Hexe. This new game will be set during the 16th or 17th century, at the height of the witch hunts in the Holy Roman Empire.

With such a dark and historical setting, it is natural to expect an experience that deviates from the established pattern of the Assassin's Creed series. The goal of Codename Hexe seems to be to immerse players in a climate of terror and mystery, something very different from what we are used to in the franchise games.

According to reports from content creator BunnyTheVillain, a partner of Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed Hexe will be so scary that even the bravest players must prepare to face their fears. She says the game will be completely different from any other in the series and is not recommended for the most sensitive players.

The executive producer of Ubisoft, Marc-Alexis Côté, had previously confirmed that Codename Hexe will be a "completely different type of Assassin's Creed game," suggesting we can expect a unique and innovative approach.

The title itself, "Hexe," is the German translation for "Witch," giving us a hint about the central theme of the game. The territory that now comprises Germany was one of the regions where witch hunts were most intense between the 16th and 17th centuries, indicating that we can expect a deep immersion in this dark aspect of European history.

Assassin's Creed Codename Hexe promises to be a unique experience, immersing players in a world of mystery, terror, and intrigue, as they explore the hidden secrets of the Holy Roman Empire.
