Aspyr announces Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection - A bundle set to release in March
The Aspyr has revealed the release of Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection, scheduled for consoles and PC via Steam on March 14, 2024. The collection will bring all the original bonus content from the 2004 and 2005 games, offering support for cross-platform matches with up to 64 players.
In addition to multiplayer battles, the collection will include single-player campaigns based on iconic battles from the Star Wars films. The new feature will also offer split-screen support for two players, along with the addition of Trophies and Achievements.
The package will encompass Star Wars Battlefront (Classic), featuring the bonus map Jabba's Palace, and Star Wars Battlefront II, which will include the bonus maps Bespin: Cloud City, Rhen Var: Harbor, Rhen Var: Citadel, and Yavin 4: Arena. The collection will also bring additional heroes, such as Asajj Ventress and Kit Fisto, as well as playable characters like Luke Skywalker, Anakin Skywalker, and Darth Vader.
