Adventure and survival game SERUM arrives at Steam's Early Access on May 23rd

A Game Island and Toplitz Productions have announced the release of the first-person adventure and survival game, SERUM, for early access on Steam on May 23. The game transports players to the island of Matamis, where a mutagenic pandemic, caused by EVAS Corporation, has left the protagonist, Adam, alone and struggling for answers.

The latest CGI trailer shows Adam in his quest for survival, uncovering a dark conspiracy while facing mutated horrors. Players will need to use the Serum, an essential elixir, to prolong life and amplify abilities, as well as enhance handmade weapons to confront the monstrosities roaming the landscape.

With a unique serum crafting and manufacturing system, combined with an exciting narrative of conspiracy and scientific neglect, SERUM promises an intense and challenging adventure. After a successful public playtest, the game is ready to be explored by players eager for challenges.
