The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Joy-Con Appear To Feature A Neat Character Reference
Have you spotted it yet?
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is now available on the Switch. As part of this, Nintendo has released a new special set of Zelda: Skyward Sword Joy-Con controllers.
Although the company has already made it clear the controllers are based on the design of the iconic Master Sword and Hylian Shield, it seems some fans have discovered a neat extra detail.
As spotted by a user on the Nintendo Switch subreddit, depending on how you look at it, the wrist straps that come with this new Joy-Con set are the same pattern as the Master Sword grip (or Fi's legs, if you'd prefer).
Nintendo seems to like putting little references and secrets into its peripherals. The Pro Controller, for example, has a hidden message.
What do you think? Do you feel this was an intentional reference on Nintendo's part or just a coincidence? Can you not un-see Fi's legs now? Let us know with a comment.
