Shin Megami Tensei Offshoot Monark Dated for February 2022

Plus new trailer.

Shin Megami Tensei V may only be releasing on Nintendo Switch, but at least the offshoot made by former Atlus staff will hit PlayStation 5 and PS4 just a few months afterwards. Monark from NIS America will launch on 25th February 2022, and the new trailer embedded above shares a slice of the action as well as introducing many of the characters.

There's very little else to be gleaned from the press release that we didn't already know other than a physical limited edition complete with an art book, soundtrack, cloth poster, and five acrylic stands. Pre-orders are live right now over on the NISA Europe store. The description accompanying the YouTube trailer simply reads: "Enemies abound between the real world and the Otherworld in MONARK! Who are your enigmatic opponents? What are their motives? And can you and your allies stand against them?"

This one is still very much shrouded in mystery, then; at least there are only a few months left before we can all play it for ourselves. Are you interested in Monark?
