Capcom announced that the popular extra game in the series "The Mercenaries" is now available as free DLC.
This extra game was also produced as an independent work and players can enjoy high-paced gameplay.
To play, the objective is to defeat as many enemies as possible within the time limit and reach a high score. At the start of the game, Leon has a certain weapon, but to improve the score, the player needs to instantly decide which opponent to defeat with which weapon, unlike in the main game.
Also, at the start, players will only be able to play the "Village" stage, but they will be able to unlock new stages and various other elements depending on their achievements in the game.
The game also introduces prominent features such as "Bullet Rush", which activates the character's basic performance, and "Time Bonus", which extends the remaining time to improve the score.
The DLC is free and available to everyone who owns the Resident Evil 4 Remake game for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.
