Play Ghost Recon: Breakpoint for Free This Weekend
Progress will carry over
Oft-forgotten third-person shooter Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is hosting a free weekend of play starting today until the morning of 8th November 2021. You'll be able to access the whole game for its duration, including the new Operation Motherland update, and your progress will carry over should you choose to buy the full title. Better yet, it's actually on sale on the PS Store for two weeks. If you like what you see, the Deluxe Edition can be purchased for £13.59/$17.49.
A PS Plus membership is required to take part in the free weekend, but once the client is downloaded, you're free to play the full game as you please. That includes the large aforementioned Operation Motherland update, which takes place after the events of the main campaign. With the map split up into different zones, you'll need to take down the enemy and target their bosses. The level cap has also received a huge jump, going from 30 all the way up to 99. It sounds like this free weekend grants you access to a ton of content, then.
