It's calling for users to register their interest in these upcoming releases by signing up their email. You don't have to be located in this location to sign up, either.

At the moment, details about the next generation of games are still limited. What we do know is that it'll be set in an open world. We also know the three starter Pokémon: Sprigatito (grass), Fuecoco (fire), or Quaxly (water), and that some early pre-order options are already available.
