New PS5 Controller Colours Available to Buy Now

Today's the day for new PlayStation 5 controller colours! Well, if you're living in the correct country at least. Available in the US, UK, France, and Germany, Sony is now selling the brand spanking new galactic purple, nova pink, and starlight blue PS5 pads through the official PlayStation Direct shop. All three models are being sold for £64.99/$74.99 each.
Official PS5 console covers will follow later in the month, which you can read more about through here. The controllers being available for purchase right now is considered a bit of early access from Sony — the galactic purple model, for example, won't be sold through any other retailer until after 11th February 2022. These new colours all look with the usual DualSense features you've come to expect, but you'll have to supply your own USB-C cable to charge them. Luckily, the PS5 console has one right out of the box.
