More Free PS4 Games and Offers Coming Soon, Sony Confirms

Play At Home update "soon".

If you thought Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition would be the end of Sony's Play At Home initiative for 2021, you might want to think again. As part of a PlayStation Blog post detailing exactly when the fantastic PlayStation 4 hit can be downloaded (learn more about that through here), the hardware manufacturer confirms another promotional update is coming soon. Senior director of SIE Content Communications Sid Shuman said: "Thanks again to the community — and stay tuned, we’ll have another Play at Home update to share soon."

Shuman stops short of confirming what PlayStation fans can look forward to playing free of charge next, but it's exciting news nonetheless. As a reminder, this year Sony has already given away Ratchet & Clank, ABZÛ, Enter the Gungeon, Rez Infinite, Subnautica, The Witness, Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Moss, Thumper, Paper Beast, and the aforementioned inaugural adventure for Aloy. All of a high quality, Sony looks set to offer more quality PS4 games without charge. What do you hope to get for free?
