Metroid Dread's Samus And EMMI amiibo Delayed In UK And Europe
Nintendo has announced that the double pack of amiibo set to launch alongside Metroid Dread next month have unfortunately been delayed across the UK and Europe, and will no longer appear at retail on 8th October as planned.
Instead, the amiibo will now launch on 5th November. In a statement shared to social media, Nintendo apologises for the delay and cites "unforeseen shipping delays" as the reasoning behind the new, later release date.
"Due to unforeseen shipping delays, the Metroid Dread amiibo 2-pack is now scheduled to launch across the UK and Europe on November 5th. Metroid Dread will still launch for Nintendo Switch on October 8th as originally scheduled. We apologise for the delay."
