PlayStation Underground has posted a whole 15 minutes of uncut NieR Replicant PS4 gameplay. It shows off an entire dungeon run, complete with a boss battle at the end. If you're wondering how this remaster improves the action-based combat, then this video should give you a good idea.
Indeed, battles have a much smoother look to them. A common criticism aimed at the original NieR was that combat could feel very clunky and largely uninteresting. Here's hoping that this replicant revival is more fun to actually play.
