.hack//G.U. Last Recode Is Coming To Nintendo Switch Next Year
The game that breaks most content management systems with its confusingly punctuated title is finally coming to the Nintendo Switch, Bandai Namco announced today.
.hack//G.U. Last Recode is a remastered trilogy of the original JRPGs, plus a fourth chapter that serves as an epilogue "Reconnection", made specifically for Last Recode. The three other chapters are Rebirth, Reminisce, and Redemption, all of which deal with an in-world MMORPG — and if you die in the game, you just might die go into a coma in real life.

The Switch port is specifically meant as a 20th anniversary celebration for the .hack franchise, with the first .hack game, Infection, being released on the PS2 in Japan on June 20th, 2002.
The Switch version will be released in Japan and South-East Asia on March 10th, 2022, and March 11th for North America and Europe.
