Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Closes with Collision Event on 4th June
Fortnite, the ever-popular shooter from Epic Games, likes to wrap things up with a bang. The closing of each chapter and season usually comes with some big, special event, and it looks like Chapter 3 Season 2 will be no different. The one-time-only Collision event will put an end to the current season in just a couple of days.
Taking place on 4th June 2022 at 1pm PDT/4pm EDT/9pm BST, Collision will close out Season 2 of Chapter 3, and Epic is teasing an explosive battle against giant mechs. Beyond that, we're not really sure about the specifics. What we do know is that you'll be able to enter the Collision playlist 30 minutes before it begins, where you'll either squad up with friends or random players.
Again, what follows will be a one time thing, so you might want to warm up that Create button and record your perspective on what unfolds. Ahead of the event's start, players will want to complete any outstanding objectives and unlock any rewards, as you might lose out otherwise.
