Activision has unveiled exciting details about what players can expect from the first post-launch content season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

Scheduled to kick off in early December, the first season will bring a new battle pass, along with three new maps for multiplayer. Two of these maps, named Meat and Greece, will be available at the start of the season, while the third, Rio, will be introduced later in the season. Each map promises a unique experience, leveraging diverse locations.

Furthermore, the multiplayer will receive a new 2v2 Gunfight game mode, providing fresh combat dynamics for players to explore.

Zombie mode enthusiasts can look forward to a new experience called Rift, where players will be thrown into Dark Aether Rifts to face hordes of enemies while seeking a new weapon that can turn enemies into allies.

Warzone, the popular battle royale mode, will also get a significant update with the release of the Urzikstan 2.0 map. This new map will feature 11 points of interest, providing a Warzone experience more aligned with the latest title in the main series.

The first season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III seems to bring an exciting variety of content, promising to keep players engaged with new maps, modes, and experiences in both multiplayer and Warzone.
