Ubisoft is celebrating the fifth anniversary of Far Cry 5 with great news for fans of the game: it is now possible to play at native 60 FPS, a feature that is highly requested by players. Free patch is available for Xbox Series X consoles | S and PlayStation. Far Cry 5 celebrates 5 years with a new feature of 60 native FPS and free weekend 5 and works in all game modes, from solo campaign to downloadable content.

The plot takes place in Hope County, Montana, where players must fight against an apocalyptic and fanatical group to free the community and themselves. To do so, you'll need to fly planes in dogfights, destroy supplies with vehicles and explosives, recruit Guns for Hire members, and even train Fangs for Hire animals like bears and cougars. Player choices have a huge impact on the story and the course of events.

Additionally, Ubisoft is offering a free Far Cry 5 weekend running March 23-27 across multiple platforms. During this period, players will have access to all main game content and will be able to enjoy discounts of up to 85% if they want to continue their adventure after the event.
