Is it a mirage?
As one of several games in the Ubisoft franchise that are in development, Assassin's Creed Mirage seems to be the "most advanced", even though it hasn't even received any official gameplay yet. However, that could change soon.
According to the Reddit forum, the game could be released in August. More specifically, the information comes from an alleged employee of the American store GameStop, who shared a supposed picture of the upcoming releases in his store.
It is worth noting that the rumor strangely has the same release window that journalist Tom Henderson reported in mid-December last year.
It seems that Ubisoft has been dealing with some internal issues that have led to a number of canceled titles (although it hasn't been announced which ones) as well as a number of postponements, such as Skull & Bones and the enigmatic Beyond Good and Evil 2.
Some of these mysteries will be revealed on June 12, the date for the Ubisoft Forward Event.
