News could be revealed soon

Announced at the Game of the Year 2022 event, the long-awaited Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon has not received any trailers, gameplay or other relevant information about its release. But recently, the game was ranked in South Korea, which certainly indicates that the mecha game developed by FromSoftware studio will get some kind of news very soon.

According to the regularized document, the game is described as "depicting attacks and explosions using various weapons", and is also recommended for people over 12 years old and has no inappropriate language. This information leads us to believe that the level of violence expected by players of soulslike games should be more contained.

Some rumors spread on forums mention that the release date should be in October, as well as the Elden Ring DLC, which, incidentally, has also not received any more relevant and concrete information about its release.

With a focus on robot customization and epic boss battles, FromSoftware director Hidetaka Myazaki also says the game won't be open-world.

"The essence of battles, where the player reads the enemy's moves and plays with them, is of course present, as is typical for FromSoftware. In this game, both the enemy and your machine are aggressive and violent in their attacks. We're developing a game that gives players the dynamic and intense boss battles that only mechas can provide."
