Developed by the French studio Eden Games and published by Microids, it has finally been announced that the fun game Smurfs Kart will be released for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on August 22nd. It's worth noting that the game has already been available for Nintendo Switch since November 15, 2022.
Featuring offline and multiplayer modes, Smurfs Kart promises to deliver everything you expect from a good arcade game with caricatured cartoon characters, such as insane drifts, tracks with various shortcuts, and of course, special powers to make life difficult for other racers while securing your lead. If you're also a fan of the classic split-screen to compete against your friends, this game will be a treat, especially for the nostalgia of couch co-op.
With a cast of 12 drivers, names like Smurfette, Hefty, Brainy, and Chef are more than confirmed, and they will do everything they can to restore the Smurfs' village, which has been contaminated by the dreadful "Florrível" on the way to the evil Gargamel's castle.
