PC (Microsoft Windows)

Microsoft Windows (or simply Windows) is a family of operating systems developed, marketed and sold by Microsoft. It consists of several families of operating systems, each serving a specific sector of the computing industry, the system being generally associated with compatible IBM PC architecture. Active Windows families include Windows NT, Windows Embedded and Windows Phone; these can cover subfamilies, such as Windows CE or Windows Server.
